Information collected

NS Development receives information you enter into a form. The general contact form requests a name, email address, phone number, message, and optional company name. The assessment form also requests company, team-size and revenue ranges, a workflow description, and a desired outcome.

Basic technical information may also be processed by the hosting and delivery infrastructure when a page or form is requested, such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and diagnostic or security logs. Privacy-focused website analytics may collect aggregated page paths, referrers, filtered query parameters, approximate location, device type, browser, operating-system information, and page-performance measurements.

Service providers and disclosure

The website is hosted on Vercel and delivered through Cloudflare. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated traffic and referral measurement, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page performance, and form submissions are delivered through Google's Gmail service to NS Development. Those providers may process technical or submitted information to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer.

NS Development does not sell or rent personal information submitted through this website.

Cookies and measurement

The public website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregated page traffic, referral sources, and successful form submissions, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page performance. These services do not use client-side cookies or local storage for public-site measurement, and form contents are not included in analytics events. A strictly necessary, HTTP-only session cookie is used only after successful authentication to the separate administrative area. That cookie expires after 24 hours and is not used for advertising or public-site analytics.

Retention and security

Form submissions may remain in business email and operational logs for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. NS Development uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health information, customer records, financial account information, or other sensitive or regulated data through the public forms.

Your choices

You may use the contact form to ask about information previously submitted or request a reasonable correction or deletion. NS Development may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for security, recordkeeping, disputes, or applicable law.

Children and changes

The website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. This notice may be updated when website practices or service providers change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
